In this year’s annual holiday card, Ellie the Elf and the Abominable Snowman from the North Pole Utility Company discover an issue with a software update that is affecting all of Hermeyville, leaving the entire town in darkness on Christmas Eve. Teddy, the quick-thinking reindeer, grabs some of TESCO’s Safety Disconnect Devices for Ellie and the Snowman who head out to restore power before Santa’s arrival.

TESCO wishes you a happy holiday season! Enjoy our holiday greeting! Rudolph is resting before his big night when he realizes he forgot to give back Santa’s pen! Rudolph finds Santa just in time as he is checking off his product list but then Rudolph notices a power outage next door! He grabs a Hot Socket Repair Kit to help, then goes inside to investigate what they are working on in the AMI Meter Processing Lab before heading out to get the other reindeer. They pass some meter farms on their way to get Santa and his sleigh before heading out into the night to bring cheer to all around the world!
